Section 21A of the original Act. Later the following section 21b. It has been added:-Gyagya "21kh. Employees can be assigned to perform special tasks: (1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this paragraph, the Ministry may issue a notification and conduct special programs related to epidemic and infectious disease control or health.
(2) In order to complete the work as per sub-section (1), the Ministry may assign any specialist doctor and other health service personnel to work in a specific district or region for up to one year.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the employee who will be posted for a period of more than three months will get the specified points of the same geographical area for the purpose of promotion if he/she reports to the office where he/she is posted.
